You’ll use this key to access your room in the hotel.During the day, a member of our team is always available to assist you if needed. At the Paleis Hotel, self-service is key—but always in the relaxed atmosphere of a boutique hotel.We operate on trust, so you can truly feel at home. From check-in to check-out, you’re in control with our unique concept. Long live freedom! Instructions about our self-service concept will be sent to you before your stay. Is there staff present in the Paleis Hotel?

Until 10:30 AM, a team member is always visibly present to assist with breakfast and check-out. After that, we’re still around, though perhaps less visible—we’ll be working hard behind the scenes to prepare for the arrival of our next guests. After 7:00 PM, there is no staff on-site.However, our Virtual Assistant is available 24/7 and can answer all your questions. In our living room, we offer a delicious local breakfast for €11.50 per person. The organic farm Hoeve Biesland supplies us with fresh butter, yogurt, fruit, eggs, and juices. Homemade granola and jam come from our sister hotel De Soete Moeder, and the premium bread rolls are from ’t Bakkertje, just around the corner on Oude Molstraat. Naturally, we serve unlimited excellent coffee, tea, orange juice, and apple juice.So, no extensive buffets here, but a carefully curated selection of (local) quality products for a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is available until 12:00 PM.

You can park in our private parking area. Reserving a spot in advance is required. The cost is €29.00 per day (from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM). Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome in our hotel, provided they do not cause noise disturbance. Dogs may never be left alone in the hotel room. If you plan to bring your dog, please let us know in advance so we can assign you the most suitable room. The surcharge for your dog’s stay is €19.50 per night. Other pets are not allowed.
