Check in and check out can be done online, or though the AI assistant or with their welcoming staff. Elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage through Dutch stairs. A real bathroom, not like modern hotels. We stayed for 7 days during our honeymoon, as we chose Den Haag as our base ground while exploring Holland. Every day, after many trains and sightseeing, it was like coming back home.

Very friendly staff and a very good communication (via WhatsApp+Email). The hotel is located in the beautiful old part of the City. The room was indeed very cozy with a nice view into the backyard. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a fair price including good coffee or Cappuccino (food selection is not very big but absolutely enough for a "normal" breakfast). Good quality. You can book a Hotel-parking lot that is very near by (a few metres away), but you should not have a big car (bigger SUV or a family bus) as the streets are very narrow (our car had no problem). Great location but this did mean it was a bit noisy with bars and restaurants outside. Very friendly staff. Lovely rooms with great living room area downstairs to relax- with added sweet treats. A very lovely old Dutch house. I was a bit confused as to why our used cups and glasses weren’t replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to wash them in the bathroom ourselves. Also a mix of coffee pods and tea bags but no milk in the room?Great idea to have a digital key.

This is not a normal hotel. The people here create a cozy atmosphere which feels like a family. You get some sweets in the morning, free coffee, tea and cookies in the living room and some cheese in the afternoon. The room was big enough, cozy, clean and functional. They help you to park the car and provided some treats to our doch which was welcome too. Maybe the room service is not quiet up to the standards of the other people but still ok. All in all a perfect hotel in the middle of Den Haag. Wonderfull.

Slept wonderfully in the renovated Paleis Hotel. The room has nice warm colors, a comfortable bed with soft sheets, smart-tv and small refrigerator. A spacious walk-in shower and wonderfully scented bath products. What more could you want 😊 The bonus is waking up with a view of our king's working palace.. Highly recommended. ✨✨
